These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vithis Cravenest website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All our products are handcrafted and made to order in a home kitchen. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and images, but we reserve the right to correct errors, and to modify or discontinue any product, without prior notice. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is successfully processed. All payments are handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. An order confirmation and GST-compliant invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Cancellation, Replacement & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, cancellation and return terms are more limited than typical retail — full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: orders can be cancelled only before they have shipped, subject to admin review; delivered orders are eligible for a replacement or refund only in the case of damage or an incorrect item, reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept general change-of-mind returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

5. Loyalty Points, Referrals & Subscriptions

Where offered, loyalty points, referral bonuses, and product subscriptions are subject to their own in-app terms (e.g., points earned on delivery, redemption limits, and subscription pause/cancel options), which we may update from time to time. Loyalty points and referral bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, product photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Vithis Cravenest and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders or payment information, or using automated means to access or scrape the site without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vithis Cravenest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
